Punching is one of two ways that we will turn a blank sheet of metal into what is often the first step in fabrication.

Depending on the geometry of the design, punching can be the most efficient way to produce this crucial first step. Punching is often the most effective when there are multiple holes within a design, or when a perforated structure must be produced.

Our punch presses can produce card guides, countersinks, and stamp information onto a part as well when the job calls for it.

Our punch presses also are able to, and commonly do, accept special tooling for those jobs that are very unique, occasionally even functioning as a stamping press. All of our punch press operators are highly skilled, and familiar with the coding language of the machines they set up and operate. Each program file is quality checked, allowing us to reduce press time, getting your order through our shop faster than the competition.
